What to Expect: Participants are given an overview of the framework to efficiently manage projects. Immediate Benefits: Participants will be able to: • Understand the challenges of managing the two worlds of work • Understand the definition of a project • Understand the five phases of a project • Understand the importance of a complete and comprehensive Objective Statement, the foundation of a successful project • Understand the role and responsibility of the project team members • Understand the challenges most team faces during the execution • Understand the Law of Project Management • Understand where and when to best apply project management software Course Format A one-day or two half-day workshop combining teaching, team discussions and exercises Course Tools Participants receive a comprehensive Learning Guide * Project Leaders/Managers who are required to create an Objective Statement (Project Charter) and lead the team through the development of the execution plan, should attend the comprehensive 3-day Project Planning Breakthroughs Workshop. Topics introduced in this one-day course are expanded upon through extensive team practice working on four case studies and conducting in depth discussions during the 3-day workshop.
